We had such a great time at the Burbank Book Festival! It was great to connect with the authors and readers in Burbank and we were received. Cilie Yack is Under Attack! By Caryn Talty

Nikki’s Hurricane Adventure, Part 1: An Amazing Story, A Delightful Children’s Book, An Important Cause
I so admire authors who have an important cause to get behind. That’s why I had such a rewarding experience reading and reviewing Nikki’s Hurricane Adventure by Kevin and Laura Sanchez, the story of real-life Nikki the cat who was lost 85 miles from her Louisiana home while her family was evacuating for Hurricane Gustav and found her way home all by herself months later!
