We had such a great time at the Burbank Book Festival! It was great to connect with the authors and readers in Burbank and we were received. As an author I really enjoy book festivals and getting all the terrific feedback on Danny the Dragon. And to be featured amongst such great authors was really an honor. Can’t wait for next year!

Oh I love this festival! We picked up so many books last year I couldn’t believe it. We even got some signed copies from local authors. They also had a storytime and great food. It was a lot of fun. Too bad we weren’t at this recent one to see you. We hope you’ll be there again next year because I’d like to take the kids there again.
I bet this would be pretty fun to do as an author! I have gone to a couple of book fairs as a reader but I’m really interested in creating my own children’s series too. Well I’m glad to hear you had fun and who knows maybe I’ll see you one day at a book festival like this as an author myself!:-)
Hi Tina it’s nice to visit your website and catch up on how you’re doing. We heard on facebook that Danny is now in Europe. So exciting! Just want to wish you luck on your travels and can’t wait to have you back home in the States.
I’m so happy to hear there’s another book on the gluten free diet and celiac disease out there for kids. My niece is celiac. I’ll check with my sister to see if she has this book yet or not. They have found a couple of good kid’s books but they’re usually resource guides and not a chapter book like this one.
Hi Tina I’m right next door to Burbank and unfortunately I hadn’t heard of this festival but I’ve looked into it and I look forward to coming next year. It sounds like it was fun!
This is a great festival especially if you have little ones. It’s at the Buena Vista library on Buena Vista street. I went a few years ago and have been meaning to go back.
Sorry we missed you at the book fair. We don’t live that far from Burbank. Hopefully soon we’ll get to see you!
Oh boy it’s been a while since I’ve commented, but I just wanted to say congrats on your latest contest awards in over the summer and I can’t wait to hear more about your European book tour. I know Danny the Dragon Meets Jimmy is now being translated into a few different languages so Danny must be pretty busy on that tour;)
Hi Tina we enjoyed your audiobook a lot and loved the classical compositions. I didn’t really think of myself as a classical music lover but the tunes were really peaceful and at the same time catchy. So happy we ordered that!
I’m glad they have this book festival in Burbank. I’ll have to go sometime. I’d like to be more active in book-related activities locally. I have even joined a book club!
